Peachtree Portal Property Mixed-use Development Site Downtown · Atlanta	Served as Exclusive Marketing Agent for this high profile mixed-use development site comprising three city blocks in Downtown Atlanta, located adjacent to the Civic Center MARTA Station and overlooking Centennial Olympic Park. Sold the two downtown city blocks which make up the heart of the new Allen Plaza mixed-use project. This development will feature the new 260,000 sq. ft. Southern Company headquarters building; the new 350,000 sq. ft. Ernst & Young Building; a third 34-story, 600,000 sq. ft. office tower, a multi-family component and a 250 room "W" Hotel.

Sold this 3.75-acre parcel adjacent to the Civic Center MARTA Station to the Novare Group, whose development will contain over 1,000 residential condominium units in two 39-story towers, along with a 10-story hotel and over 40,000 sq. ft. of retail/restaurant space, making it the largest high-rise residential project ever built in downtown Atlanta.

IBM Tower / One Atlantic Center Office Building Development Site Midtown • Atlanta	Represented the developer of the IBM Tower at Atlantic Center in acquiring (via a long-term ground lease) the 3-acre site for this 50-story, one million square foot building adjacent to the Arts Center MARTA Station in Midtown Atlanta. WHEN CONSTRUCTED IN 1987 THE IBM TOWER WAS THE TALLEST OFFICE BUILDING IN THE SOUTHEAST

Securities Centre Office Park Development Site Buckhead • Atlanta	Represented the Real Estate Development Division of Sears Roebuck & Co. in assembling the twenty five acre Securities Centre office park at the intersection of Piedmont Road and the Buckhead Loop in the heart of Atlanta's Buckhead submarket.

The Prominence Office Building Development Site Buckhead • Atlanta	Represented one of the primary land owners in the sale of the development site for The Prominence office building, which was assembled at the intersection of Piedmont Road, Georgia 400 and the Buckhead Loop.

The Grove at Buckhead Apartment Development Site Buckhead • Atlanta	Represented the owners of this 6 acre, multi-family development site on Piedmont Road at the Buckhead Loop, which was acquired by Schaedle-Worthington Residential.

Lenox Marketplace Shopping Center Development Site Buckhead • Atlanta	Represented the Buyer in the acquisition of a 3 acre development site at the intersection of Peachtree Rd. and Oak Valley in Buckhead. The Property was subsequently resold, assembled with additional adjacent properties and later developed as the Lenox Marketplace Shopping Center.

Piedmont Place Office Building Development Site Buckhead • Atlanta	Represented the architectural firm of Cooper, Carry & Associates in acquiring a 3 acre development site for their 80,000 sq. ft. headquarters building on Piedmont Road in Buckhead.

Alexan Lenox Apartment Development Site Buckhead • Atlanta	Represented Host Marriott and Travelers Insurance in the assemblage and ultimate disposition of a three acre site adjacent to the Lenox Square MARTA Station which was acquired and developed by Trammell Crow Residential.

Cityplace at Buckhead Office/Residential Development Site Buckhead • Atlanta	Twice sold a 3 acre development site at the intersection of East Paces Ferry and Roxboro Road in Buckhead which was originally part of the Atlanta Plaza office complex. The site was initially zoned for a 40 story, 700,000 sq. ft. office tower and a 96 unit residential component, and is now being developed with multiple high-rise condominium towers by the Related Companies of Miami.

Retail Development Site Brookhaven • Atlanta	Represented the owner of this 4.7 acre retail development site on Peachtree Road just north of Buckhead. The property was subsequently ground-leased for development of two free-standing build-to-suit retail properties.

TDS Healthcare Systems Corp. Headquarters Build-to-suit Perimeter Center • Atlanta	Represented TDS Healthcare Systems (now Eclipsys Corp.) in the build-to-suit of this five-story, 150,000 sq. ft. office building on Ashford-Dunwoody Road near Perimeter Center in Atlanta. Also represented TDS in a 120,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit in Silicon Valley for their West Coast R&D headquarters.

Barrett Center Mixed-use Development Site Town Center • Atlanta	Represented the developer in both the initial project land acquisition and subsequent site sales within this 114 acre mixed-use development near Town Center Mall in North Atlanta. Once the Property was master-planned, individual sites were sold for banks, restaurants, hotels and seven auto dealerships.

Perimeter Crossing Office Building Investment Sale Perimeter Center • Atlanta	Represented the owner in the sale of Perimeter Crossing, a five story 114,000 sq. ft. office building on Lake Hearn Drive near the intersection of I-285 and Peachtree Dunwoody Road in Atlanta’s Perimeter Center Submarket.

280 Interstate North Office Building Investment Sale Northwest • Atlanta	Represented the St. Joe Company of Jacksonville, Florida in the acquisition of 280 Interstate North, a six-story, 120,000 sq. ft. Office Building in Atlanta’s Northwest Submarket.

Alltel Corporation Headquarters Development Site Alpharetta • Atlanta	Represented Alltel Corporation in acquiring this 68 acre regional headquarters site in the Deerfield Office Park in North Fulton County. The site was master-planned for a two phase, one million sq. ft. Corporate Campus.

Miami Heights Market Center Retail Redevelopment Site Buckhead • Atlanta	Represented the owners in the assemblage and sale of this 8-acre retail development site on Piedmont Road in Atlanta's Buckhead Submarket. The property is being redeveloped to accommodate a new 300,000 sq. ft. multi-level Mercedes-Benz dealership, plus a 40,000 sq. ft. communications facility and an adjacent 20,000 sq. ft. retail showroom.

Georgia Lighting Company Sale / Leaseback Transaction Midtown • Atlanta	Represented Georgia Lighting Company in the sale/leaseback of their 69,000 sq. ft. retail showroom and corporate headquarters building on 14th Street in Midtown Atlanta.

Beverly Hall Furniture Gallery Sale / Leaseback Transaction Buckhead • Atlanta	Represented Beverly Hall Furniture Gallery in the sale/leaseback of their two-story, 21,000 sq. ft. flagship retail showroom on Piedmont Road in Buckhead.

Hilton Garden Inn Hotel Development Site Nashville • Tennessee	Represented North Point Hospitality Group in the acquistion of this 1.7 acre hotel site in Nashville, Tennessee near the campus of Vanderbilt University and Nashville's historic Music Row. Project is being developed as a nine story, 192 room Hilton Garden Inn.

America's Best Value Inn & Suites Retail Redevelopment Site Chattanooga • Tennessee	Represented the Diplomat Companies in the disposition of this 3.5 acre redevelopment site at the intersection of I-24 and Market Street in Chattanooga. The former hotel on the site was demolished and a new automobile dealership was constructed on the site.
